A new, fully equipped house in tranquil Alpine Ridge, just minutes from the Mt Buller gates and Mt Stirling, and handy to Mansfield and Merrijig.

The view of Buller and the surrounding mountains is simply spectacular, it's barely a minute's walk to The Mill Pub, and for those who don't care to drive up the hill, Mt Buller Bus Lines will pick you and your gear up from the pub if you ring ahead.

The indoor drying-room, spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area, outdoor barbeque, and accommodation for eleven makes it perfect for a couple of families and larger groups.

  • "We had a Summer stay at Buller House, which is a modern large and very comfortable house at Sawmill Settlement about 35min drive from the top of Mt Buller (in summer driving conditions). The house was very clean and tidy and was nicely furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had modern and efficient appliances. Another great feature is an en-suite off the main bedroom, making shower time quicker with lots of people staying. The inclusion of towels and linen was also a great plus. The property has a very pleasant outlook up the valley and you can hear the rush of water down the Delatite River from the large balcony. Buller House makes a good base for travelling up the mountain to either Mt Buller or Mt Stirling. There are no supermarkets/grocery shops nearby, so be sure to stock up before arriving to avoid the 30min drive back to Mansfield. Overall this is a spacious well-presented house and it was a pleasure to stay. "

  • "After a long day skiing, it was so welcoming to come to a warm home and hot spa. The drying room was a real favourite, no wet and cold gloves, or anything else !! The beds were all super comfy, the view was spectacular and the pub being a minute walk from the house was a bonus.All had a fantastic time.Thanks Barb for a great holiday. "
