Panoramic family home (sleeps ten) with spectacular views over Killcare and Putty Beach and backing on to Bouddi National Park.
On the first level there are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and ensuite, and the second with a queen bed)
A modern fully equiped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and a nespresso machine (please provide own capsules).
The living and dining area has a large flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD, Wii, X Box and a deck with outdoor dining, lounge and BBQ.
On the second level is a third bedroom with two king single bunks (sleeps4), a bathroom/shower, and the fourth bedroom with a king bed and a second living area with flat screen TV, DVD, and IPod docking station. All beds in the house are Seally posturepeadic.
Off the second living area is a second balcony with a large outdoor dining setting with sweeping views across Killcare and to the beach.
Reverse cycle airconditioning on the first level living and kitchen area and second level fourth bedroom / second living area. Their are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Pity about the weather we had. but we could still entertain ourselves with monopoly.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. The weather was not kind to us but the house was so comfortable and well appointed that we were very happy to hang out indoors. Great views, closeness to both the surf beach and Hardy's Bay and very comfy beds add to the attractions of the house. Dealing with Kevin the owner was so easy and pleasant; we will definitely return.

We had a fabulous weekend at Killcare Beach House. The house is lovely and is nicely furnished. It is very comfortable and was perfect for a group of friends. There is plenty of space and everything that you need except sheets and towels is there. We will definitely stay again.

Highly recommended for a getaway. Fantastic open plan living space, great views, great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to cafes, shops and the bay.
House was clean, nicely decorated, and the owner Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be staying again.

House is great with a real home relaxed beach style feel. Layout worked well with two of our kids plus a mate and a couple of his for 2 nights.
Kitchen, BBQ and balcony work really well. Great to have a fully stocked kitchen and to have separate TV etc for kids upstairs.
Killcare Beach really is only 5 minutes away and a pleasant walk!
Can't wait to go back!

Very comfortable house in great location. Kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated, but overall very cosy with lots of personal touches. Parents retreat upstairs is great. A major plus is the free wi-fi. Good selection of DVDs and books. A great place for two small families or one large family.

Magnificent. A perfect place for a holiday. Totally comfortable home, great big kitchen, easy to live in. Heaps of room for kids to play and adults to chill. Wonderful views. A short walk to the beach, and to the national park. Quiet and peaceful. I would stay there any time and am already planning my next trip.
