THE WHITE HOUSE

Description

This substantial four bedroom house oozes character and charm, it provides ample space for guests to spend time together or time alone. Features include polished floor boards, large decking with amazing views, two fire places and enclosed veranda surrounding the exterior of the house. There is a jarrah outdoor setting that seats 10 and the dining room has a large dining table. There are two bathrooms, one with bath. All bedrooms are spacious with WIR's or wardrobes, two have queen size beds and two have 2 x single beds.
All linen and towels are provided.
Please Note: This is a rural property and there are dams on the property so small children will require supervision.

The White House is located in the Lorne hinterland, surrounded by natural bush and farmland. It is a 15 minute drive from Lorne and under 2 hours from Melbourne. It is situated on a 100acre working property, 60% is forest, there are numerous walking trails for you to explore. If you are looking for a tranquil, relaxing setting within easy reach of the beach and all Lorne, the Great Ocean Road and the Otways have to offer, the White House is for you.

Booking Information

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel your booking. A Bond is required to cover potential excess cleaning and/ or damage to the property.

Maximum number of guests is 8.
We DO NOT accept bookings for schoolies week/s.
No Smoking Property.
Check in time 3PM, Check out time 10AM. (Check in and out times are negotiable if there are no bookings directly prior to and/ or after booking).
