This substantial four bedroom house oozes character and charm, it provides ample space for guests to spend time together or time alone. Features include polished floor boards, large decking with amazing views, two fire places and enclosed veranda surrounding the exterior of the house. There are two bathrooms, one with bath. The kitchen has large benches, is fitted with a new large oven and is fully kitted out with all your utensil and crockery needs. All bedrooms are spacious with WIR's or wardrobes, two have queen size beds and two have 2 x single beds.
Please Note: This is a rural property and there are dams on the property so small children will require supervision.
The White House is located in the Lorne hinterland, surrounded by natural bush and farmland. It is situated on a 100acre working property, 60% is forest with numerous walking trails for you to explore.
It is a 20 minute drive from Lorne and under 2 hours from Melbourne. Using the new Geelong bypass reduces the trip to a max 1hr 40mins from Melbourne.
If you are looking for a tranquil, relaxing setting within easy reach of the beach and all Lorne, the Great Ocean Road and the Otways have to offer, the White House is for you.

- All linen and towels are provided
- There is a double oven and large 4 burner BBQ with extra wok burner
- There is a large fridge and freezer
- There is a jarrah outdoor setting that seats 10 as well as deck chairs
- The dining room has a large dining table that seats 8
- Fire Wood is supplied. You will need to light the fires to keep the house warm in winter. There are also portable heaters and extra blankets in the house for your comfort.
- There are portable fans for summer
- Check in time is 3PM, Check out time is 10AM. Times are negotiable if there are no bookings directly prior to and/ or after your booking
- A deposit is required to secure your booking (deposit amount varies on number of nights booked)
- A $500 bond is required with all bookings this covers potential excess cleaning and/ or damage to the property
- Minimum 2 night stay in non peak periods. Minimum stay in peak periods changes
