Kick back and unwind on the large wrap around veranda whilst enjoying spectacular picture perfect water views and the cool sea breezes, or simply have a dip in the totally private hot tub enjoying the last rays of sun slip gently down over the Shoalhaven River.
Blue Water is a spacious 3 bedroom house, 3 bathrooms, large open plan lounge/dinning and kitchen, with Plasma TV, DVD player, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests in sheer comfort and indulgence.
The whole family will enjoy the games room which is separate from the house consisting of a large pool table and opens to the BBQ outdoor area.
The river is ideal for sailing, windsurfing & kayaking, with the boat ramp down the road you can moor your boat in minutes for quick access to the fishing in the river or head out to the open waters through Crookhaven Heads. If you don't have a boat, throw a line in from rivers edge right in front of this holiday home.
