This fabulous Beach Side House is superbly positioned in Central Casuarina Beach.
Architect designed and built with the brief of 'open plan in a seaside community setting', it is ideal for a relaxed beach holiday.
With plenty of room to move & relax, there is a large area for the kitchen, dining & sunken lounge this all flows out to a north facing sun drenched entertaining deck with BBQ, overlooking the plunge pool and lush tropical gardens.
Relax in bed with the sound of the ocean as you are drifting off to sleep. The master bedroom faces towards the beach front, with its own deck and a lovely big en suite complete with a luxurious tub.
Also on this level is the 'kids retreat' with 4 single beds (2 are bunk style) this room also has its own bathroom. There is a 3rd shower / powder room (also accessed from the outside great for when you come in from the surf) that is used for the guest double bedroom on the lower level.
Just a short stroll through the Casuarina trees to the surf beach, you will find it is not unsual to be the only person on the beach for miles, a gorgeous part of the world - you could be anywhere, there no houses visible from the beach. In high season and school holidays the beach is flagged at our central entrance to the beach.
This property is pet friendly.
"The Sandbar" featuring a relaxed yet stylish bar and lounge where locals and holidaymakers can catch up over a sunset cocktail or casual meal is just a short stroll away.
Attached to the Sandbar kitchen, the General Store is packed with essential ingredients needed for holiday survival. Chefs fill the deli fridge daily, local growers display their pick of the crop, and the shelves are crammed with gourmet delights.
Note: * Linen hire can be arranged. Normal cleaning charges are included in the tariff, however excessive cleaning requirements and rubbish removal will attract additional charges.
*Markets*
There are local farmers markets every second Saturday in the park on the Northern side of Kingscliff Bowls Club. (2nd & 4th Saturday of each month). The Byron Bay Markets are held 1st Sunday of every month, the Byron Bay Farmers Markets are on every Thursday morning 7am
