Located in the centre of the complex the unit sleeps 8 and from the wrap around balcony overlooks the swimming pool, amenities centre, tennis courts and offers ocean views, all literally in your own backyard.

Just 25mt walk takes you to the village Bakery/Café/Shop which offers dine in or take away services.

Complex has outer security gates.

Easy beach access from within the complex and is within a short walking distance from your unit.

UPSTAIRS:
Includes one Queen Size bedroom and ensuite. Large dining / living area which has Free to Air TV viewing and a range of DVDs, stereo radio/CD player and CDs. Full access from the living dinning area to the balcony offers an outdoor setting and BBQ. A very relaxing spot. A Child Safety Gate is supplied as an option. The fully self-contained kitchen and walk in pantry are well equipped and provide full cooking facilities supported with refrigerator/freezer, dish washer and microwave.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Has one Queen Size bedroom and 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds in each room. Bathroom facilities, chest freezer, clothes dryer. A downstairs family room offers additional TV viewing ideal for the kids. Outdoor courtyard and outdoor setting.

There is plenty of vehicle parking space within the complex together with a lockable double garage.

"AS A SCOTSMAN ON HOLIDAY VISITING MY FAMILY WE STAYED TWO NIGHTS AND THE PROPERTY WAS BRAW. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A RELAXING TIME. MY GRANDSON LEFT HIS TEDDY IN THE PROPERTY AND THE OWNERS EVEN POSTED IT BACK TO HIM. CANT ASK FOR BETTER."

"Had a lovely weekend break here a Ledge Point Village. House was spacious and clean. Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts great onsite for the kids. Ocean is close by for a spot of fishing. The bakery's fish and chips and cakes were excellent. No need to transport portacot or high chair for babies as the house is equipped with both. We also left my sons teddy by mistake and the owners got it posted back to us within a few days - great service!! Would definitely recommend this accommodation and would return for another stay!"

"Simply a great property in a great location! We had a fantastic weekend along with a few friends in this property and we loved it. It was perfect for enjoying some quietude very close to the ocean. The pool was very nice too. It's also located close to Lancelin, where we went for surfing lessons one morning (quite fun!). That is only 13 minutes away from the property. In summary I'd say it's a property worth to try. Highly recommended!"
