This well positioned Apartment is close to the Chamois Chair and just a short walk to the village with Restaurants, Supermarket and Retail Stores. There are NO Stairs.
Free Village Shuttle Stop # 3 across the road.

A really relaxing and comfortable space for 6. Chill out in front of the fire, put your feet up and watch the Plasma, play some board games or have a nap.

The Living area is a good size with very comfortable lounges. The kitchen has stone bench tops and stainless steel appliances. All crockery, glasses and cooking utensels are of a high quality.
We supply some condiments, cooking oil and sugar.
The Master Bedroom is private and divided from the living area and the other bedroom areas are off the hallway and have privacy screens. They are small but comfortable.

There are 2 bathroom areas - one with a toilet and vanity and the other with a glass shower and vanity.

The drying room is large with ample hanging space and boot drying racks. It also has a heater, washing machine.

The Apartment has new carpet and is freshly painted.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

PAYMENT TERMS

Bookings cannot be confirmed until a 50% Deposit is received.
Deposit of 50 % of total cost is required within 4 days of Booking to confirm Booking with balance payable at least one calendar month prior to arrival (both non refundable).
Your payment acknowledges acceptance of all Booking Terms and Conditions

If a reservation is made less than one calendar month prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of you booking without notice.

CANCELLATION If notice of cancellation is received more than 2 months before then a 25% administration fee is charged. If cancellation between one and two calendar months prior to your arrival your deposit will be refunded less a 50% administration fee of the Full Tariff.
If less than one calender month notice prior to your arrival is given, all monies are forfeited.
Reservation Information- When making a reservation please read the written information about this property and its facilities offered. An information sheet can be emailed on request.
The proprietor of the property is not responsible for adverse skiing or weather conditions.
Cancellations and Refunds Refunds are at the discretion of the property owner. Should any component of a booking be eligible for a refund, the proprietor reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee of 20% of the full tariff.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received less than one calendar month prior to the arrival date will forfeit all monies.

SECURITY BOND A Security Bond is payable by credit card. A security bond of $1,000.00 must be authorised on a credit card bearing the same name as the booking. The Bond may not necessarily be Debited before the Booking, but the costs of all damage, excess cleaning fees, missing and / or broken items will be debited, after final inspection.

The Security Bond is cancelled within 7 working days of the end of the Booking, less any charge for loss, damage or theft from the Apartment and only after a thorough inspection and cleaning of the apartment has taken place and all keys given out have been returned within 7 days of departure. Should there be any damage to the apartment, articles therein, missing items or excess cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, these monies will be taken out of your bond. (please see the Bond Information below). It is necessary that guests report faults, breakdowns or other issues to us without delay in order that we may take appropriate action. Extra Guests beyond the 6 Guests accommodated are charged at $75.00 per night.This bond is additional to the cost of the reservation.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE We always do our best to ensure your arrangements are satisfactory and we shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses, accident, delay, changes in accommodation, breakdown of equipment or vehicles, weather, strike, sickness, theft, cancellation or of the foregoing shall likewise not be liable for any injury, damage, loss additional expenses, accident, delay or irregularity, whether to property, person, or otherwise arising in connection with any accommodation or in connection with any vehicle or transport or other services. The right is also reserved to alter the price, cancel or withdraw the property.

BOND CONDITIONS To ensure your bond is refunded in full, please check the following guidelines:
* Return all keys given to you - Lost keys $80 fee per key.
* Turn off all Lights and Heaters.
* Place all rubbish and bottles in Rubbish Huts provided near your accommodation on Chamois Road
* Remove and dispose of unwanted items from your refrigerator.
* Depart your apartment no later than the scheduled check-out time - 10.00am.
* Delays to cleaning staff due to late checkout will be charged at $80 per hour.
* Leave the apartment in an acceptable condition, ie. Clean any spills or cooking mess.
* Wash any dishes, pots & pans and put them away neatly in the cupboards.
* Rubbish/bottles not removed, dirty dishes & excess cleaning will be charged at a minimum rate of $80, plus $60 per hour thereafter.
* Respect this property as if it were your own, no muddy boots and please take care of the furniture and fittings.
* Notify Owners of extra Guests staying over. Extra Guests are charged at $75 per night.
Please check your apartment information sheet for further guidelines. Should there be any damage to the apartment, articles therein, missing items, or excess cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, these monies will be taken out of your bond.

INSURANCE You are responsible for any insurance to cover against cancellation, personal liability and theft of your own luggage or equipment.
