Relax in this modern two bedroom self-contained absolute waterfront property, tastefully decorated with all living areas facing directly onto the waterway, floor to ceiling glass & a full length covered balcony including gas BBQ. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, & ceiling fans in every room. Also includes TV with Freeview channels, DVD, CD, radio, banana lounges so you can relax by the water or on the balcony & there are two outdoor table settings for alfresco dining.
Bedrooms consist of a queen bed in the main bedroom & two single beds in the second bedroom. Ideal for families.
The Boat shed bedroom serves as a third bedroom located by the waters edge which has a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, lounge, table & chairs, just perfect for a two couples getaway.
The second bathroom downstairs features granite flooring, a luxury massage spa bath with water views, shower, WC & laundry.

After the drive to you may feel like a cuppa so we've provided tea & coffee making supplies for your convenience.

Specials throughout the year, please contact us for details. Winter weekend packages from $350/couple including spa bath. Extra guests $30pp/pn, maximum 6 adults. Boat packages also available. Sailing boat available for use for Free. We are always happy to offer special packages for families, please ask us.

Weekly bookings during peak times, 3nt min on long weekends, 4nt min Easter Weekend & 2nt minimum all other times.




Lazydays Waterfront Cottage is unable to accommodate your pets. We strive to keep the cottage in the best condition possible for all guests therefore adhering to a very strict pet free policy at all times.

Location

Waterfront Cottage is located on the calm waters of Dora Creek, only minutes by boat from Lake Macquarie. Free use of sailing boat for all guests. Drop a line in from the jetty or seawall or take the tinnie out & explore all the lake has to offer. On-site boat hire available.
Approximately 1hr on F3 freeway from Sydney & 30mins from Newcastle. Just 5mins drive to Morisset for shopping etc. Nearby train station at Dora Creek (approx. 5min walk).

Lake Macquarie is Australia's largest saltwater lake. Theres a selection of scenic cruises available on Lake Macquarie from nearby Toronto.
Local recreational activities include picnics, bush walking, golf, water sports, fishing, boating, cycling, sightseeing & relaxation. Myuna Bay recreation area only 5mins drive.
Attractions include Dobell House Museum, Lake Macquarie City Art Gallery & Morisset Mega Markets every weekend.
Watagan Mountains National Park offer scenic bushland with views over the central coast & beyond.
Located approximately 30mins drive to Lower Hunter Valley for wine tasting & cellar door sales. Approximately 20mins to ocean beaches. Sandy beach areas on Lake Macquarie are reachable by boat from Lazydays Waterfront Cottage & are perfect for youngsters & the young at heart.
