Couples, families, friends, water sports enthusiasts and mad fisherman will enjoy the majestic views and idyllic surrounds of this great waterfront property. We are a pet friendly property and we strive to make your holiday enjoyable and memorable.

This 4 bedroom two storey home can accommodate up to 9 people. The two separate living areas caters for both the kids and the parents. You have a choice of 3 decks to sit and relax while taking in the magnificent views and incredible sunsets.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we DO NOT permit more than 9 guests per booking as the house is only set up to accommodation 9. (SORRY no acceptions)

Lake Macquarie is Australia’s largest inland saltwater lake. The birds and wildlife add to the tranquillity and ambiance of what the lake has to offer and it is the perfect environment for a family holiday, mid week escape, romantic getaway or catch up with the friends.

A fantastic playground for kayaking, water sports or just meandering around the lake in your little tinnie fishing for that big one.

Within 100 metres from the house is a Long Jetty with hand railing & lighting which is ideal for fishing with the little ones or collecting your passengers for a day out on the water.

The kids can wade in the shallow water feeding the resident Pelicans, Sea Gulls and Wild Ducks while mum and dad watch from the comfort of the day bed on the balcony.

If you prefer a day at the beach only 15mins drive is beautiful Caves Beach & Swansea 25mins in the other direction will take you to some of The Central Coast most famous beaches all at your backdoor - the best of both worlds lake & beaches.

The Hunter Valley Wineries & Hunter Valley Gardens are only 45 minutes drive. Explore the 150 plus wineries whilst on your holiday or spend the day walking through the beautiful Hunter Valley Gardens - enjoyment for the whole family.

Morisset Mega Markets—7 minutes drive, home to more than 200 stalls open every Saturday & Sunday 8.30am—4.30pm

Morisset Golf Course is popular to those avid golfers and many a guest has spent a relaxing day playing 9 or 18 holes.

Doyalson RSL is 5 minutes drive or why not take advantage of their Courtesy Bus by calling ahead and booking a seat.

Plenty of parking space for cars, your boat & trailer. Small tinnie can be launched from the ramp at the property front. Boat ramp just around the corner for larger boats.

SMALL PETS ALLOWED - Conditions apply and STRICTLY subject to the owners approval.

PLEASE NOTE: We want to take the stress away from placing your pets into a kennel and relieve the cost of care.

All that we ask is that you respect our property and leave the property and grounds free from any dog hair and mess. WE DO NOT allow pets inside the house or on the furniture.

ACCEPTANCE OF PETS IS ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OWNERS AND WILL BE ASSESSED FOR EACH BOOKING.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking
Low Season—Payment in full 14 days prior to arrival date
High Season—payment in full 30 days prior to arrival date

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Fee of $30 applies to all cancelled bookings

LOW SEASON
21-60 days prior to arrival—50% of deposit
Up to 21 days prior to arrival—100% of total price (please call to discuss your circumstances)

HIGH SEASON
A cancellation fee of 100% of total price applies 30 days prior to arrival date (special conditions may be considered depending on the circumstances)
These fees will not apply if accommodation is rebooked by another party or you choose to rebook for another date within the following 3 month period.
Please note that Travel Insurance is recommended to protect your investment and for those unforeseen circumstances.

An EXCESS cleaning fee of $150 will apply if the property is not left clean. If any of the property is damaged the cost for any replacements or repairs will be the responsibility of the guests.
