This property contains 3 double bedrooms, 2 rooms with queen size beds, one room with 2 king single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge area can be utilised at an additional cost. There is a combined lounge/dinning and kitchen area, along with a rustic Aussie bar. Their are 2 bathrooms available a fully equiped laundry, and the property is fully airconditioned. Their is a large fenced back yard, and a BBQ and outdoor furniture is also provided. This property has a fully equiped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge etc) and linen is provided, along with TV and DVD. Just pack your clothes and come along and let us provide everything that you might need to make your stay enjoyable.

Local attractions

A short stroll will take you to the local shopping centre that has a general store, Bakery, Post Office, chemist, hairdresser and 2 takeaway food stores. If you like to eat out you can find within 2 mins walk an excellent Italian restuarant, the bowling club and golf club is an easy 5 min stroll where you will find excellent food and entertainment. Great shopping is available at Bateau Bay Village an easy 10 min walk or 2 min drive, you will also find shopping and movies at Erina Fair and Tuggerah Westfield a 15 min drive away. The Entrance provides a lot of entertainment for the children with movies, pelican feeding and swimming available within a 15min drive. If you are a golf lover then Tuggerah Golf Club is the ideal place for a game with a view, and is located 5 mins from the property.

A great area for bike riding and bush walking, and some spectacular views of the coast.
