The 2 studio apartments/bungalows are located across the yard (16 STEPS ALONG THE NEW BOARDWALK, SET WITH FEATURE LIGHTING) from the main house, and both have their own Ensuites and decks which lead to the fully enclosed heated spa.
The units were fully renovated from top to bottom in 2010, They are great for guests who want to come away together but who also want to have their own space to retreat to, they each feature the following:

Located only a short walking distance to beautiful beaches, walking track along the foreshore and the many scrumptious cafe's that Dromana has to offer. A short drive up the hill and you are in the heart of Wine country. Strawberry and Chery farms are scattered through out the Hinterland of Redhill, Shoreham, Merrcks and Arthurs Seat. 3 mazes will Enchant the children and not so young at heart for many hours.
There is also the World famous Hot Springs only a 15 min drive away in Rye, as well as the many famous Golf courses. The Peninsula is a treasure trove for Visitors to explore whether you are young or old.
