Ideally located near Kings Point Ski Club, (45 Kings Point Drive) The Lakehouse is the perfect place to stay for waterskiing and fishing enthusiasts. Some great fishing spots with access to the lake about 200 metres walk down the road. Facing south, with a glimpse of Burrill lake from the top balcony, this is the perfect location to relax, unwind yet is only 5 minutes drive into Ulladulla town centre. The backyard is fully enclosed therefore safe for young children and the quiet streets of Kings Point make it equally safe to ride bikes or go for a stroll.
Property is just a short drive to Ulladulla town centre and local beaches.
Property sleeps 12 and is large enough to accommodate 2 families. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 2 with 2 sets of bunks.
Doona's, pillows, spare blankets, bathmats and teatowels are all provided. All you need to bring is your bed linen and towels.
There is enough room under the carport to park your boat as well as room for a couple of cars in the driveway. Comfortable and roomy with 2 separate living areas. Downstairs area is equipped with pool/air hockey table, additional TV, kitchenette and extra fridge. Upstairs has a huge lounge and 40" LCD HD Television, great for relaxing after a big day.

Ulladulla is an ideal holiday destination located on the south coast, a less than 3 hour trip from both Sydney and Canberra. The beautiful coastal town has become famous among holiday makers because of its relaxed atmosphere, stunning scenery and exciting activities.
Ulladulla has some of the most beautiful scenery on the east coast. To the west are the Budawang mountains and Morton national Park providng some breathtaking mountain views. To the east is the Tasman Sea which boast kilometers of stunning coastline and excellent surf beaches. During August and September you can spot migrating whales along the coastline and during the year there is plenty of friendly wildlife to be found on shore as well.
In the townships there are trendy cafes, award winning restaurants, rustic boutiques, art and craft galleries and studios and locally owned retail stores to explore. Local clubs, cinemas, golf courses and a Leisure center all provide a variety of entertainment options.
The area offers excellent boating, fishing and surf options with pristine lakes and estuaries and safe beaches. Other outdoor activities like bushwalking in the Budawangs, snorkelling, diving and cruises can be enjoyed all year long.

7 - 21 Days = 25% of Booking Price
0-7 Days = 50% of Booking Price
