Description
You will be assured of a warm friendly welcome at Gungahlin Homestay B&B, in the hills of suburban Ngunnawal in Canberra's north. There are two excellent golf courses, Gungahlin Lakes and Gold Creek within a five minute drive
Our new boutique motel style unit is AIR-CONDITIONED and has a QS bed, double futon, walk thru wardrobe and new ensuite with fluffy bathrobes. There is a new 43" flat screen TV (and DVD player), free FOXTEL with over 50 channels and a good selection of DVD's are available. Easy free Wifi internet access.
We are close to the famous Cockington Green Miniature English village, as well as the shops and galleries in the Gold Creek precinct.
Gungahlin Town Centre is also nearby and has a great range of restaurants, cafes and shops.
Local tourist information, bus timetables and maps are available.
There are coffee and tea making facilities.
There is a bar fridge and microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Laundry service available for longer stays only.
A welcoming continental breakfast tray, including a freshly baked loaf of bread, muesli, yoghurt, juice, milk, butter, jams and fruit are included in the tariff.

New accommodation but the same excellent hospitality! We enjoyed the generous sized rooms (eg. I could watch TV while hubby had a snooze) all the updated furniture and appliances, and, as always, the culinary provisions are generous and of good quality. We'll be back again. Thanks Lynn and family.
