Description

Perfect for couples, business and seasoned travellers as well as holiday makers. The apartments living area has leather lounges, HD LCD television and kitchenette. The separate bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom. A fenced courtyard is at the entrance to the apartment.

Situated between the CBD and Valley it is easy walking distance to some of the finest restaurants, café’s and entertainment precinct in Brisbane.

The keen shopper will also enjoy the diversity of the valley area.

City trains with access to the airport are a block away and the bus is close by.

The RNA showgrounds and major hospitals are located just a few blocks away.

Woolworths supermarket is 600 meter by foot.

Free under cover car parking is also available.

The apartment is serviced and managed by the owners.

It comes with all linen and towels which are replaced weekly when the apartment is serviced. It has a kitchenette with microwave and cook top. A washer/dryer combination washing machine is also fitted.

The apartment has a maximum of 2 guest, a small child may be catered for if required.

This apartment is situated in a complex of 42 apartments with a café and restaurant located next door that is open Monday to Friday.
