My sister and I enjoyed a lovely weekend break at Hillcrest. Beautiful property and the grounds are maintained to a very high standard. Everything you might need is on hand in the cottage. We enjoyed free run of the property and used the tennis court. We took our very lively kelpie and she was absolutely exhausted by Sunday afternoon - she had a delightful time and was allowed off-lead to roam safely the entire time. Very dog-friendly. Janette was a friendly and welcoming host. Thanks Janette!

Thank you Janette for 2 lovely days at Hillcrest Cottage. Everything we needed was supplied, wood for the cosy fire, a huge comfy bed and the thoughtful touch of chilled champagne and chocolates which we enjoyed the first night. Our 2 small dogs loved the freedom of being able to run free and safe around your beautiful property.
It is very convenient to town only a few minutes drive to Berry. We played tennis, cooked a meal on the BBQ and marvelled at the peace and quiet of the country. Thanks again.

We had a lovely one night stopover. It was just what we were looking for. The old bikes were fun to ride to the end of the lane. We drove to town for dinner left the car and rode a bicycle downhill 3klms to pick it up next day - worked fine. If you are going in winter take your slippers as all the floors are tiled and there are no floor rugs. The bedding was extremely heavy and advise pulling out the spare blanket instead. If you are not going out to breakfast then you will need provisions.

Thanks Janette for feeling so welcome at Hillcrest Cottage! We stayed only one night but will definitely come again! The cottage is tastefully decorated, everything one needs is prepared for and the house is spotless and very well maintained! Perfect place to bring the dog along, as the whole property is well fenced and the owner is very pet friendly! Highly recommend to stay at Hillcrest!

Thanks Janette for your hospitality and allowing us and Molly our 4 legged friend to stay at your beautiful property. It was so relaxing sitting out the back watching the view and to have no noise of traffic etc, not to mention sipping on a glass of champagne in one hand and a chocolate in the other - thanks again for all those special little delights.
Great to be able to walk a few steps onto a tennis court and have a hit, we're just sorry we only had one night. Highly recommend a stay and hopefully the three of us will be back again one day.

Thanks Janette for your lovely hospitality and your wonderful cottage had everything we were after. The best location, combustion fire, delightful charming house and comfy warm bed!
Presentation was great with that extra added touch of champagne and chocolates. Zoe and Zac our 2 border collies enjoyed it as well. Fabulous property for the dogs to run around in. A 5 minute drive to Berry and also not far from the beach. We will be back. Thanks again.
