Nestled against the sand dunes of Lady Bay, Villa 35 provides an idillic location to take a break and enjoy all that the Fleurieu Peninsular has to offer. Whether you are just looking for time away from the hustle and bustle, a romantic weekend or an adventure with the kids, the South Shores estate has the facilities to cater for all.
A short stroll along the boardwalk and you can enjoy the beautiful beachs of Lady Bay, Normanville and Carrickalinga, laze by the swimming pool or visit some of the local wineries. Villa 35 is a corner villa with secluded views back over the sand dunes from the large rear deck and from the kitchen window you look out to the heated pool.
Villa 35 provides 3 bedroom the main with ensuite and deck. The house sleeps 6, two rooms with queen beds and the 3rd bedroom a single plus trundle. There is a second bathroom on the ground floor and a laundry and toilet on the first floor. The first floor open plan kitchen, dining and lounge provides a great area for entertaining, playing with the kids or putting your feet up with a good book and glass of wine in hand. The east facing deck provides for outdoor dining with a BBQ and table for 6.
