This is the ideal beach house for families or group of friends with up and down stairs living areas, 4 bedrooms and a large rear yard.
There is a front balcony with ocean views and a rear deck with BBQ and expansive view to the west.
The property is located at the Northern end of Mollymook Beach only a 150m walk onto the sheltered white sands of Mollymook Beach.
A village shopping centre is 300m away, with a Newsagent, Super Market, Deli, Fish and Chip shop, Chemist and others.
The highly regarded Bannisters restaurant, spa and bar is an easy 5 minute walk away. With internationally renouned chef Rick Stein as the new owner of the business.
North Mollymook beach is nicely sheltered for young children. The southern end of the beach is patrolled all year round and the northern end during the Christmas holiday period. Narrawallee is a short distance away for an equally beautiful beach and sheltered inlet. Narrawallee is patrolled in the Xmas Holidays.
Our beach house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a queensize bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other, with the same configuration downstairs. There are 4 bedrooms in total.
Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
The living areas on both levels have a TV and Stereo, with a DVD player downstairs.
There is a shower and lavatory on both levels with an additional outdoor shower.
There is a carport and large yard at the rear of the property.
