Enjoy the view from the open plan lounge/dining room or the master bedroom. A french door has recently been installed allowing access to the front garden, this also enhances the view and north easterly sun aspect. Fully furnished and equipped apartment with large built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms. Master with queen, 2nd bedroom with king twin beds. A baby's bed and high chairs are also available. New kitchen and bathroom with internal laundry. Miele appliances and fully equipped integrated kitchen. All linen provided. Large Sony Bravia flat screen, Foxtel and DVD player. Garden setting available for meals outside. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, fireplace, north/east sunny aspect from lounge and master bedroom.

Holiday Accommodation

Long or short term stay. Suitable for all ages. Ground floor, easily accessible rear and front entrance. All utilities included.

Picnic on Rocky Point Island opposite - spectacular views, great sunsets. Spend the day at the beach or relax in the apartment - it feels like you're at the beach anyway. Perfectly situated for great Harbour and bush walks.

Beach chairs and umbrellas available for use in the garden or at the beach.

Easy access to all Balmoral Beach restaurants and cafes. Mosman village shops at walking distance. Excellent shopping to suit all needs. Great restaurants too.

The location was unbeatable in terms of both the view and accessibility to the many attractions in and around Sydney and we loved our walks along the beach and beachfront. The apartment has everything needed and even comes stocked with some essential pantry items to save the monster shop that usually accompanies any lengthy stay away from home! I'd thoroughly recommend this little gem by the water. "

  • "I had the best week ever in Sydney by living in this lovely apartment right in front of Balmoral Beach! The apt is beautiful & cozy and you'd immediately feel it's your own home. It has everything you need, and is located perfectly. It even has a secured garage. I enjoyed having breakfast, lunch & dinner in this small village including Public Dining, Bathers Pavillion and Billy's. The owner of this apt is so lovely & helpful - answered all the detailed inquiries I asked in a very timely manner. All my friends admired this apt and you won't regret choosing this place. I have no doubt that I will come back to this place next time I visit Sydney. I almost want to keep this place secret to myself! "

My husband and I stayed with our 3 small children, and the apartment was well equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed. Highchair, portacot, washing machine and dryer, all kitchen gear, great shower, extremely comfortable bed, all directly opposite one of the most beautiful beaches in Sydney. Parks, cafes, fish and chips and cellar also within walking distance. Conveniently located within close proximity to both Sydney city as well as the Northern Beaches. A fantastic choice if you have babies or children. We will definitely be staying agin on our next visit to Sydney."
