W/ends are a flat rate up to 10 people either Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun nights at $695. Long w/ends are a 3 night min booking at $975. Only add $20 p/n p/p for m/week nights only for more than 2. Summer holidays $2700 a week.

We enjoyed a fabulous five days, even complete with beach weather! Paul looked after us, welcoming us on arrival and responding to questions we had. Our five year old and two year olds loved being across the road from the beach, and we all enjoyed the walk along the beach to the town centre.
The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed to keep us all happy. The house is big enough to accommodate two families.
Highly recommended!

This house was absolutly perfect. 5 bedrooms meant we all had a room to ourselves. The back yard is lovely with trampoline and kids fort to play in. Great deck to relax and have a cuppa on. kitchen wonderfully aquiped and open loung and dinning had the real homey feeling. We were pleasently surprised to find kids toys in the bedrooms and a cupboard full of dvd's. It was those little things that made this house so lovely to stay in. The area was quiet and so close to the beach it was unreal. Beautiful surrounds and such wonderful people who own this property, Thankyou Paul we will be back again soon.

This place was AWESOME. I stayed there with 6 other people, and there was plenty of room. It is super close to the beach, and the house is huge. Lots of room, and fantastically well equipped. You only need to bring food. The owner was really nice and helpful too.
The only thing that threw me was that it is right opposite a big cemetery, but its not such a big deal. The house is close to beach, parks, and 5 minutes walk from shops. Id definitely stay again

We had a great time at 4 Jordan Road. Lovely spacious living areas and a HUGE dining table. Well-equipped kitchen, great BBQ and deck area. 2 seconds to the beach, unfortunately it was too wet for swimming when we stayed there! Highly recommended :)
