Description

Havenwood is a stylish, comfortable and extremely private home. It is located only 4kms from Bowral town and is set in the midst of a beautiful 70 year old garden. The house has large, flowing living spaces with formal and informal dining and lounge areas. The house is well heated with gas fireplace, woodfire stove and oil heaters. All of the bedrooms are very well appointed and heated. The main bedroom suite is huge and has its own study plus an en-suite with double basins, showers and underfloor heating. The second bathroom has a bath and shower. The cottage is an open plan room with king, double and single bedding - best suited for kids, but also acceptable for a group sleeping dormitory-style. The cottage has it's own fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, oil heater, pedestal fan and separate bathroom with shower. There are four separate outdoor courtyard/deck areas with ample outdoor furniture and a cubby house with slide and sandpit for the kids.

Havenwood inclusions

Linen - Havenwood is supplied with all bed linen, plenty of pillows, two towels per person and bath mats.

Audio visual - Havenwood's casual lounge has a digital television and a DVD. The cottage has a DVD player connected to a television.

Kitchenware and crockery - fully equipped.

An extensive library and board games.

Other - chopped firewood and a barbecue are supplied.

Normal minimum stay is 2 nights. Long weekend minimum stay is 3 nights. For a weekend stay, additional nights after the first two are charged at $300 per night.
