The original cottage dates back to the 1840's some of which can still be seen in the master bedroom, however with two modern additions it now makes a very comfortable family home. Outside on the covered verandah meals cooked on the 6 burner barbeque can be enjoyed while taking in the lovely views across open paddocks to the vineyards beyond. The spacious decking overlooking the swimming pool area and views beyond is a place where you can enjoy local produce and fine wines of the region.
About the area
Further afield, it is only a 5 minute drive to the coast where with pristine beaches of Maslin and Port Noarlunga can be enjoyed by all the family. From McLaren Vale heading north there is easy access to the City of Adelaide be it via road or rail and only 45kms to the airport. While heading south you are at the beginning of the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula with the coastal towns of Victor Harbor and Goolwa only 40 minutes drive away

Almost an acre of grassed and tree covered garden with fenced, in- ground Salt water chlorinated swimming pool and Sun deck area with relaxation beds. Two car garage available if required. Off road parking for up to six to eight cars including covered carport area. Whole property is fenced with vehicle access gate set back off the road.
