The house is located in a quite suburb and is approx. a 15 minute drive into town.
Schools 5 minutes by car, univerity 10 to 15 minutes.

House

The bedrooms consist of 4 rooms.

The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as a private ensuite with toilet and dual shower. It has a magical view from the bedroom out onto the back verandah and is air-conditioning with ceiling fans.

The second bedroom has a king bed that can be separated into two king singles to your preference.
It also has a private ensuite that has a toilet and shower.

The 3rd and 4th bedroom are fitted out with king single beds These bedrooms have a bathroom that has a separate toilet and a bath and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cook top and oven. Appliances include fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, bowls plates etc Everything you need for that gourmet breakfast lunch or dinner is provided.

There is a formal dining area that can seat 8 guests comfortably or enjoy the vast open space of the acreage by dinning out on the verandah on the barbecue. Large cathedral doors open up to this fabulous massive verandah and we guarantee you that you will spend hours gazing out to the rainforest.

There is a TV room that also opens up to the rainforest with TV and DVD.
A fifth bedroom/office/TV room provides a king single bed, office desk, wall unit with TV and DVD player.

The property is fully fenced.

Rocks Homestead and area

The rocks area is famous for its swimming holes and it is an excellent area for a picnic or even when the water is high canoeing. Small fish, turtles and yabbies can be found around the river so for the children it is very exciting. Green tree frogs and geckos are fun and exciting to watch in the evenings whilst sipping a glass of wine on the verandah. There is a tennis court that is available day or night and is just a short walk. The Rocks area is very peaceful with the mountain background and the friendly neighbourhood. Crystal Cascades which is a lovely national park is a 5 minute drive and is a must for the family to visit and to have a cool dip. Horse riding schools are two inutes from the property..
