1st Floor: The Main Hub; Living Area with Leather seating, Huge Flat Plasma Screen with Austar Cable and DVD, Stereo, Romantic gas Fire, remote controlled split system A/C and heating; Granite open kitchen, expresso machine (manual type) Extendable Dining Table seats up to 10, opening onto alfresco front balcony with Jarrah dining seating 6-8, New Jamie Durie BBQ; Rear Balcony boasts ocean and rural views. Note that some of pictured furniture has been upgraded recently. Queen Bedroom; 2nd Bedroom with One Queen Bed plus single loft, Bathroom with in barh spa-jets.

  • "The house was everything we needed plus more. Smiths beach is only a short few steps away, which was perfect for us as our intent was a surfing trip. Everything we needed was readily available/ easily attainable. Fantastic Easter Break getaway at a reasonable price. We had a full house, yet still plenty of room. Will definatelty be going back on a yearly basis if not more frequently. i highly recommend this house and great location!"

  • "Arriving at the location of the house is enough to make you feel so relaxed. With the beach in your view, and stroll to the sand, what more do you need to relax? We loved our stay here in Jill & Terry's holiday home. All appliances were provided (including a coffee machine) and the huge amount of space within the house meant we could all separately retreat to our own private spaces. Not to mention the 4x balconies. And the best BBQ! We just loved this place!! And will go back there again! Rita"

  • "It was truely comfortable. Great facilities, with amazing views of the beach and wildlife from the balcony. Quiet location and easy walking distance to the beach, even with 2 very young kids. Plenty to do on the island and even on wet days, we manage a few peeble art on the tiles in the backyard to entertain the kids! Love it, love it, love it. Would stay again and again. Thanks Jill "

  • "Eureka! What a find!!! This is truly the place to be when holidaying on Phillip Island. The home itself is an absolute gem! Top quality modern decor & facilities. Spectacular views and a parents retreat that you can hide away in. We had freshly made coffee on the balcony whilst the kids watched the Disney channel or played the wonderful games supplied. Close driving proximity to all that the Island has to offer & the best surf beach only minutes walk away. The whole family fell in love with this home. Dealing with the owner was an absolute pleasure...helpful, informative & very welcoming. We can't wait to come back! Thanks, once again!"
