Seascape is located on the hill at the southern end of Apollo Bay and positioned, within very close walking distance to excellent restaurants, cafes and good shopping. The charming village of Apollo Bay has retained all the appeal of an unspoilt seaside haven, with its wonderful beaches and magnificent surroundings.

Only two streets from the Great Ocean Road and town centre, Seascape is very conveniently situated for access to these local amenities and to year round dog-friendly beaches. Encircled by large shade trees, it is also a very private escape from the world.

The distinctive wave-like roofline of Seascape reflects its coastal environment and gives the entire house a nautical orientation, with the property also having an extensive panorama of the hills to the north and north-west. Taking full advantage of the location and great views, Seascape Apollo Bay comprises two levels consisting of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. These luxury Villas can be utilised together offering accommodation for up to 14 guests, or separately which creates two self-contained Villas/apartments that have two bedrooms and two bathrooms each.

The ‘Ocean Villa’ is located on the top level and enjoys superb views across the township to the ocean and Cape Patton, framed by tall eucalypts intermingling with the extensive outside decking. Both bedrooms on this level also have a fantastic outlook to the Otway hills that envelop Apollo Bay.

The ‘Otway Villa’ is located on the ground level and is more private offering a secure and private rear courtyard with a huge hot tub Spa.
