Well appointed Bed and Breakfast accommodation nestled amongst rolling hills, fern gullies & cottage gardens.

Blue Johanna Cottages Bed and Breakfast suites are a little different to most B&Bs as there are no shared facilities between the suites.

Each suite has a private entrance from the verandah and features a Queen bed, TV, Video, Stereo, Couch and Breakfast making facilities incl. sml fridge, Kettle, Toaster, & Microwave. A wide verandah features a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.

All linen, soft towels, aromatherapy soap, spa gels, Twinings teas, plunger coffee, fresh flowers and candles are supplied. A continental breakfast basket with homemade bread is supplied daily.

The Johanna Suite is a single room with an ensuite. The southern window has views across the garden out to sea.
The Otway Suite features a separate dining/breakfast area, master bedroom and ensuite with large corner spa.

Pets are very welcome by prior arrangement.

Blue Johanna Cottages - Bed and Breakfast is located just off the Great Ocean Road in the quiet rural area of Johanna. Johanna is located mid-way between Apollo Bay and Port Campbell in the heart of the Otway Ranges. The property has breathtaking views over dairy paddocks, pine & native forests and the Southern Ocean to Cape Otway.

Lavers Hill is a short 5 minute drive and has a tavern that serves scrumptious evening meals, a bakery, petrol station and tearooms.

Apollo Bay and Port Campbell are both about a 40 minute drive with breathtaking scenery and lots of things to see along the way. Apollo Bay is very well serviced with quality resturants, pubs and cafes.

Due to its extremly central location Blue Johanna Cottages makes the ideal base for exploring the many wonders of the Great Ocean Road. Its quiet and tranquil setting also allows the ideal retreat for a bit of romance, rest and relaxation.
