Complimentary Wine & cheese plate on arrival. Included in the tariff is a generous breakfast hamper. With such hand picked delights as bacon, free range eggs, hydroponic tomatoes, mushrooms, yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants, bread for toast, milk, fresh plunger coffee & fresh oranges to squeeze for juice, a selection of cereals (muesli, just right, sultana flakes, weet bix, allbran & gluten free muesli).

Petit Amour Cottage is a single dwelling nestled in a quiet back street in Mornington, located within a 3 minutes flat walk of vibrant Main Street, famous for its Wednesday Markets, strip shopping, restaurants and cafes. It is within 5 minutes drive of Mothers Beach, Royal Beach, Scout Beach or Fishermans Beach & just a short drive to all the Peninsula has to offer.

A private garden setting, Petit Amour Cottage is decorated with antiques & colours that capture the essence of France, is well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, Dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, toaster, & all cutleries /crockerys for all your needs. There is also a washing machine & dryer for the longer stays.

Petit Amour Cottage offers spacious accommodation, & timber floors. The living room has 80cm LCD TV/DVD/CD Player (dock for ipod), a selection of CDs and DVDs, three piece lounge. With the luxury of Central Heating, Air-conditioning & Open Fire Place (winter months only).

Petit Amour Cottage is perfect when two couples travel together. With Two Queen bedrooms, decorated individually, with inviting doonas, quality linen, bath robes, ceiling fans & built in robes.

Bedroom One: the Violin Room is passionate with an orange wall feature wall & violin mounted above the bed.

Bedroom Two: the Degas Room is inspiring with green feature wall, and a Degas Oil reproduction above the bed draped with white tulle.

The bathroom is spacious with a corner double spa, separate double shower with twin shower heads. Everything is thought of, we provide the candles, bubble bath, and crisp white bath robes.

Petit Amour Cottage provides outdoor garden areas to enjoy. Dine alfresco on the large patio overlooking the front garden, enjoy a secluded garden breakfast in the rear garden amongst the daisies, light the gas BBQ and relax in the privacy of your own garden retreat. Car parking is off Street undercover and suitable for a large 4WD.

Petit Amour Cottage is a 3-5 minute flat walk to Main Street, & approx 10 minutes walk to the beach & Mornington harbour, (home of Scandia -winner Sydney to Hobart 2004)
All the Peninsula's attractions are within easy driving distance. Mornington golf course is approx 5 minutes drive & so is the Horse Racing Track.

Shop for that antique you have been searching for, taste some of Victoria's premium cool climate wines, indulge yourself at a chocolate factory or tempt your taste buds at a cheese factory, go sailing,fishing, horse riding, bush walking, swim with the dolphins,play golf. Or just do lunch, or coffee, and browse your way through many galleries,get lost in a maze.Rage at one of Mornington's night clubs.Or just stroll down Main Street on any Wednesday and peruse the Markets.
