Coolum Beach
Coolum Beach is becoming an increasingly popular holiday destination. It has a wide range of cafes and restaurants to choose from. It is centrally positioned in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. You can enjoy the kilometres of beautiful beaches. Coolum's own beach is patrolled all year round. You can travel to nearby Eumundi for the famous markets, have an adventure at Australia Zoo, view the beautiful marine life at Under Water World or spend the day in the Montville Hinterland either bush walking or browsing the many craft stores. It's an easy 90 minute drive from Queensland's capital city Brisbane. There are daily direct flights into the Sunshine Coast Airport to and from Sydney and Melbourne.

Booking Conditions
-Rates shown are for the whole week. Check in is from 4pm. Check out is 12 noon.
-Rates are based on a 2 to 6 guest stay.
-A security bond of $300 ($500 in peak season) is required within 5 days of making your reservation. This will be refunded, minus any damages within 14 days of the end of your stay
-Your full tariff is due 30 days (50 days in peak season) prior to your arrival date
-If you cancel within 1-50 days of arrival the tariff will be refunded on re-letting of the property for the same period. If you cancel 51 days or more prior to arrival the tariff will be refunded. In either situation the Security Bond is not refundable.
-We regret that this property is not available for Schoolies bookings
-We welcome well behaved pets. Well behaved dogs are allowed inside the house on their own beds. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture or rugs. When the owners are not in attendance the dog must be kept outside
-The backyard is fully fenced for the safety of your kids and pets
