Hello and thank you for the opportunity to comment on our recent stay at Schoal Bay.Waterviews Cabins.
I was excited when I read the conditions of staying in the cabins. Our cabin was At the rear.
The location was good right across from the beach
The outside toilet was ok.
However in the main bed there was no power point and the globe was missing from a bedroom light.
The bathroom was without space for toiletries, whilst big in itself and space is available.
There was a common barbecue at the rear of the property and positioned under our bathroom louvers, needless to say our unit smelt smelt of steak and sausages having been cooked earlier.
The section in the sites does and don't mentions parking outside no one in the drive etc,
There was a utility Queensland registered and five young people, the utility did not move from the end of the drive and the young people were located towards the front of the complex, they could have been in our cabin with the outburst of noise that went till after midnight.
I contemplated ringing the contact person at 11pm or there abouts but that would not have been
fair.
It was too expensive for what was offered, however at this time of the year tariffs are up.
As a matter of interest the temperature on these two days was 43 degrees and a bit lower on the second day
Respectfully Yours
Colin Dunn

The rooms are big & comfortable but without fan or cooling system.
Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Nicely renovated bathroom and clean white towels. Access to washing machine /dryer. Cars park along the shared driveway of the 6 units cannot come and go as you please have to ask others to shift their cars !!
