Stunningly beautiful The Beach House makes for a superb holiday, whether it be at the breathtaking beachs, discovering the tea tree walking paths or just relaxing in the quiet small town of Sandy Point.
The Beach House is a very spacious open plan home built on three levels, large entertaining deck in the rear and a hidden balcony that is great for that reading spot.
Open plan living consists of comfy sofas, 2 colour TVs, 2 DVD/VCR, CD player, Wood heater and ceiling fans.
The Beach House has 4 bedrooms. 3 with Queen beds and 1 with two sets of bunks. 1 bathroom and 2 toilets and full laundry facilities. Linen is not supplied.
Loads of toys for the kids, downstairs another TV with DVD.Porta cot and high chair also trampoline

Had a wonderful family stay at this house. We had older people, toddlers, kids and adults and it accommodated us all nicely. There are plenty of toys, highchair, bed rail, baby gate, dvds/videos and also well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Would love to stay in the summer to check out the outdoor shower. We were also lucky enough to be visited by 2 Koalas in the local trees.

This house was fantastic ��� great for two families to holiday together. We were 6 adults and four children. All the adults had a spacious room with queen sized bed. There were several televisions. The kitchen was well-equipped. The property was close to the beach (which was awesome - great surf for kids and grown-ups alike). Only complaint: fly screens need repair, lots of mozzies. I highly recommend this property. I would go back.

With 6 adults and 3 young children this house was great. The owners had thought of everything you may need, it's well equipped and easy to get to the beach and the Prom. The only thing we had a problem with was the weather!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the house, it had pretty much everything we needed. Comfortably accommodated our big group, including five toddlers who were all thoroughly entertained by the toys and the trampoline. Lovely, relaxing and tranquil location, comfy beds, great Coonara wood heater. We look forward to our next visit there. Highly recommended.

Would thoroughly recommend the property. We took our two daughters and their children to enjoy some quality time.Weather was poor but we all had a great time. The wood heater was excellent so make sure you have some firewood if you are going there in the colder weather. A family friendly good holiday house. We will be back

Great house in a great location. Warm and cosy during the cold weekend we were there. Amazing fireplace, beautiful windows that frame the trees magnificently. Teenagers enjoyed their privacy and we loved the downstairs get-away-from=everyone bedroom. Definitely will use again. Marie

We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at Sandy Point. We were 4 couples and we were all very satisfied with the comfort and spaciousness of the home. Everything that we needed was there. We sincerely recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay in Sandy Pt. We were so relaxed we forgot what day it was! House was fantastic. We had 3 families staying with total of 6 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space. Kids loved it. So many toys to play with and the trampoline was a hit. House had everything we needed which made the stay even easier. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic 3 level house, heeps of room to spread out as one family or even more, Sandy point is a very nice peaceful part of Victoria's coastline, it was a very relaxing 4 day weekend, thanks,
