Set in the heart of town within easy walking distance to the shops & cafes, is this gorgeous federation style cottage which oozes all the charm & character that Berry has to offer.
As you walk through the front door which has a beautiful display of old world stained glass you are met by a long timber floored hallway with the master bedroom on the right with a queen bed, on the left is another queen sized bedroom and further down the hall is the third bedroom with a double/single bunk, in total sleeping 7 guests (6 adults, 1 child). All linen & towels are provided. The open plan living/dining area has a well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge room with tv & dvd/video player and stylish dining area which leads to the back verandah, a great sunny spot to relax and read a book.
The large backyard has an interesting array of plants & trees (also 2 open ponds - not suitable for young children) and a built in bbq area. There is also a laundry situated off the verandah with washer, dryer & seperate toilet.
This is an ideal holiday spot for a group or family.
