We had a wonderful family holiday at the "Avoca Views" house. The attention to having it well appointed and furnished made it so comfortable and easy. The upstairs balcony is a fabulous area for all meals and soaking in the magnificent view! Enjoyed by all age groups.

Had an absolutely incredible time at Avoca over the long weekend and the house was great to stay in. I expected great things and upon walking in my expectations were surpassed. It is a great house with great views but not just in Summer. We went during Winter and the fireplace provided such great warmth for the night time. All in all it is in a great location and well worth the stay!

My family and I had a great time at Avoca Beach House Views. The view was fantastic and you could hear the waves from every corner of the house!
Thanks for providing a great place for our family Easter holiday. It was exactly how it was described on Stayz, but even better. The rooms are so spacious and the open plan living with the split-levels made it so easy for our whole family to interact with each other, but without feeling crammed.

We stayed at Avoca Beach House Views for a girls weekend away and it was fantastic! It was so spacious. There was 8 of us and we never felt cramped or boxed in. The dining room table was great as was the large living area that flowed on to the balcony with amazing views of Avoca Beach. It was gorgeous weather so we used the BBQ both nights and ate on the balcony with candles burning - it was perfect.
We highly recommend this house and we will definitely be coming back!

Awesome place, great views overlooking beach, short walk to beach and Avoca shops. Loved layout of living areas, i could be cooking in kitchen and still see and socialise with everyone in dining and lounge. Well equipped kitchen tidy and modern, beds very comfortable, we loved the wood burner used every night made the house so cosy. Lovely spacious house to cater for 7 of us comfortably, lots of bathrooms, loved our own verandah off main bedroom w ensuite, romantic.
Would definitely love to book again over summer.

I stayed here for a girls weekend with eight friends and had a lovely time even though it poured rain almost the whole time. We only ventured to the beach once (in jumpers and with an umbrella) and it was very close! We loved the open plan upstairs, with the three levels of kitchen, dining and living. Great facilities for cooking. Amazing views. We hope to come back for a warm, sunny weekend next time!

We found Avoca Beach House Views a wonderful place to stay. A beuatiful large home that creates space for the whole family, and allows you to find a quite space even if the children wish to play and make a noise. Stunning views which allow you to enjoy the sence of a wonderful beach commnity that is Avoca Beach. A large DVD libary for those late evenings or I am sure in winter those cooler days is just fantastic.My favorite place in the home is the large outdoor setting with amazing views and wonderful built in Barbacue THAT WE PUT TO VERY GOOD USE. 4.5 STARS OUT OF 5.

We spent a suprise birthday weekend for a friend here in july and the house was everything we could of wanted. cosy, warm, close to the beach and was a great place to get away from everything. a group of seven quilters, we found this property to be perfect for us. the house is modern and spacious, has wonderful views, enough beds for a large group, and, most importantly to us, good lighting at night and skylights for daytime - a necessity when quilting! Enjoyed walking along the beach to great cafes. also, for the size of the house, the best price in the area.

My family and friends out from Japan had a wonderful week in this house which exceeded our expectations being much bigger than the photos suggested. The kitchen, dining, living room and balcony split over three levels makes for a very open and spacious living area with lovely high ceilings and skylights. Great DVD collection and stereo system was also a bonus surprise. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a big house to share with family and friends.

The house was much greater than the photos suggested which was a very big surprise... Don't let the shortage of photos and views deter you.. THe house is very large albeit the stairs and the walking inside the house but the view rom the balcony is great an d the location is down a very short hill to the beach front... recommended!!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway... beautiful views from the blacony & very close proximity to the beach. The house comfortably held 4 couples (but can hold up to 11 people), it was large spacious, had 3 toilets and 3 tvs. I'd highly recommend this house and rent it again.

The house was a wonderful surprise, and the accommodation was so comfortable that we ditched all our plans to go out over the weekend and stayed in around the fire instead. A great place to stay, and Avoca is a lovely area to destress! We'll definitely go again!

A really good family weekend. Had all our meals on the balcony enjoying the fantastic views over the beach. It was good not to use the car.....Just a short walk to the beach, and also the shops. Although there were 10 of us, there was heaps of room. A great summer weekend away!

Our family of three teenage girls and some of their girlfriends joined us for our family holiday at the Avoca Beach House.This was our second stay. I can still remember the first time we walked into the open lounge area and saw this huge silver coloured moon rising above the ocean..it was magic! and so was the rest of the stay. We loved having long dinners at the expansive dining table(catching up on the gossip)and as the beach was in easy walking distance, we
could easily nip down to the beach to burn up the calories!

As for our impressions- the website very accurately described the house and our expections were met, if not exceeded.
Your house was appealing because of the up-to-date decor and architecture, modern conveniences (such as sound system) and cleanliness- we felt it was home with a seaview and we could get away and relax without the feeling of having to "rough it".
