Ground floor has 3 bedrooms, one twin, one bedroom with two singles that can be used as a large double or twin, one double. Bathroom with bath, shower, and wc.
Lower ground has a suite, with double bed, bar fridge, independant access, and ensuite bathroom with shower and wc. This bedroom also has tv with dvd.
Large open plan living/dining opening onto the deck with great sea views and outdoor dining table and BBQ. Tv, dvd, stereo.
Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, micro, gas cooker, mixer.
Washing machine and sink on lower ground floor.
There is a fully enclosed garden, so the property is pet friendly. There is a gas heater in the lounge room available for use during winter lets, chargeable at cost.

Wow what a fantastic house. So well equipped,kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm. Very clean, comfortable and bright.The view is stunning,watch the sun set. So many spots around the yard to sit and relax. The wildlife is amazing. Close to the beach and shopping. The climate is gorgeous,still warm even if raining. So much to see and do and a meal at the RSL is a must. A fantastic home, great for your furry member of your family. The price is so affordable.Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home.

What a great house! Fantastic views from the generous balcony and living areas are its most obvious feature. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are a good size, and the downstairs main bedroom is a monster!
Austar Pay TV is always good to fall asleep on couch to also.
It is handy to the centre of Merimbula, so travelling to services and facilities is kept to a minimum.
Merimbula is a hub of several quality golf courses with Merimbula, Tura Beach, Bega, and others, servicing golf enthusiasts.

A beautiful house with a lot of character, and great sized rooms. Sunny, airy and bright with fantastic views out over Merimbula beach and the township from the top deck.
Clean and tidy, and very well presented. The bathrooms are nice, clean and great sizes.
The kitchen is really well equipped with has all the cooking appliances you could want and lots of crockery and cutlery.
A little sunny deck out from the kitchen is a fabulous place to sit and read for some quiet time. Its a lovely house.
It is a 10 minute easy walk to town along the shore, and there is an easy stroll across the cliff tops to the wharf (15 - 20 mins) with fantastic views, and the walk to the Middle Beach is an easy 10 - 15 mins. The house is
close to all the main beaches and Merimbula.
Quiet and peaceful garden with lots of yard space.
