This beautifully restored heritage listed cottage is perfect for either a holiday or business stay in Fremantle.
The interior is spacious and open plan. The pine flooring with authentic oriental rugs, gives a bright, cheerful atmosphere, as well as being easy to keep clean. The house has a deep verandah which shades it on hot afternoons.
The sitting room has reverse-cycle air conditioning, a small gas fire and two leather lounges that offer comfortable seating. There is a TV, DVD, wireless internet, phone (local calls only) and a modern kitchen with all new appliances.
The two main bedrooms are situated at the front of the house have queen sized beds. The third bedroom has two single beds and can be closed off from the main sitting room.
The bathroom has a shower/bath, and double basins with a separate internal toilet. On the northern outside wall there is a hot and cold shower for use after a swim at the beach.
The house is fully furnished to suit business visitors and holiday makers alike.
To the rear of the cottage is a spacious covered area, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Like all old Fremantle houses there is an outdoor toilet in the corner of the block, in addition to the internal one.

The cottage is situated in a cul de sac only five minutes walk from South Beach and a 10 minute free CAT bus ride to the centre of the city of Fremantle.
The cottage is within walking distance of a variety of shops and cafes.
The nearby beach offers safe swimming and for enthusiastic fishermen the chance to catch a variety of fish. It is also a great sailboarding area.
There is an extensive range of reasonably priced restaurants and cafes just around the corner.
Fremantle boasts a large number of attractions from the New WA Maritime Museum, The Fremantle Motor Museum, Arts Centre, Markets, Heritage buildings and al fresco dining. It is a major shipping, fishing and sailing centre.
