Description
This beautiful beach house is in the sought after location of Mollymook, overlooking Narrawallee Beach. It has outstanding ocean views to the north and is a 3 minute walk to the pristine sands of Narrawallee beach. Narrawallee is a quiet residential hamlet, surrounded by the beach and the inlet, and is located on the south coast of New South Wales about 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive south from Sydney. Narrawallee is nestled between Conjola to the north and Mollymook to the south and just a few km's north of Ulladulla.
The property sleeps 6 plus 1 in a trundle bed. Three bedrooms consisting of two upstairs (1 queen bed and 2 single bunks and trundle) and the one (double) downstairs via external stairs between up and downstairs. There are two bathrooms, one on each level and a hot outdoor shower to wash the sand away on return from the beach.
An open plan kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, microwave, oven and blender. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and crockery. The large deck with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ looks north to the ocean, cooled by the north easterly breezes in summer and sheltered from the southerly winds in winter.
The property is a short walk to the spectacular beach of Narrawallee, with its gentle slope and comfortable waves makes it ideal for the entire family to enjoy. Narrawallee Beach is patrolled from October to April, off season during weekends and the busy season daily. The patrols take place at the southern end of the beach. Take a walk along the beach, which takes around an hour to walk up and back; at the same time keep a lookout for dolphins and whales depending on what time of the year. Mollymook shopping village with supermarket, butcher, newsagent, bakery, greengrocer, deli and bottleshop is a ten minute walk, a further 5 minute walk will take you to the northern end of Mollymook Beach.
