Indulge in a house with everything! Just 100m from Cape Woolami's best safety beach, "Mai 39" is designed to cater for two families. This home offers 5 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, spa bath, three toilets, a double lock up garage, outdoor hot and cold shower, two large indoor living areas and two outdoor areas.
A member of the Phillip Island Holiday Homes group, "Mai 39" is fully fenced and furnished with comfortable beds, all kitchen and laundry appliances and products, reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning both upstairs and down, plus two huge plasma TV's, both with DVD players.
Enjoy the Wii station, board games, DVD library, bikes (2 adults and 2 kids, with helmets), table tennis, boogie boards x 2, and a good old Aussie BBQ.
Mai 39 is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 11...

All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. All but the bunk beds are equipped with electric blankets. Guests are required to provide their own linen unless otherwise arranged. All linen, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats etc can be provided, with beds made up before arrival and stripped after departure, for a moderate fee.
