Bundalong is nestled at the junction of the Ovens and Mighty Murray Rivers, a long time mecca for water skiers, wake boarders, fishermen and sun lovers.

Located just 14 kilometres from the rapidly expanding township of Yarrawonga and just 30 kilometres west of Victoria's premier winw growing area and the town of Rutherglen, Bundalong is ideally located for a holiday or weekend get-a-way.

Be as active as you like or do nothing but relax and enjoy the magnificent natural setting of "Bailey's at Bundalong".

From the Outside

"Bailey's at Bundalong" is set on more than half an acre of private lush gardens and trees with abundant wildlife. The property has private water frontage and its own jetty.

From the private jetty you can easily access either the Ovens or Murray Riverand there are three public boat ramps within 200 metres of the property.

Being in an inlet just off the main river means that you can swim, fish or relax at the back door of without the hassle or danger of other boats passing by.

There are any number of places to drop a fishing line in off a boat or simply fish off the jetty.

There's plenty of room for a game of backyard cricket, volleyball, enjoy a bounce on the 3/4 olympic size trampoline, have a game of table tennis or just soak up the sun.

On the Inside

"Bailey's at Bundalong" is a double storey house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has beds for 16 guests with each of the four bedrooms having a king or queen size bed making it ideal for 4 couples or a number of families. Each bedroom has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan and television.

The first floor features two bedrooms, a spa bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, meals area and lounge room with plasma TV and DVD player. The decking extends from the kitchen and dining area providing magnificent views of the water.

The ground floor has two bedrooms, lounge & games room with TV and DVD player, pool table/air hockey and dart board. It also has a bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry and breezeway.

Austar is available throughout all six TV's in the house.
