This luxury 2 bedroom + study apartment has a great Northly aspect and has views over beautiful Port Stephens bay. As a 4th floor sub penthouse, it is both private and luxurious.

The apartment caters for families and business guests alike, with a wireless internet connection on-site, the WEP key is provided in the unit study area.

With a full kitchen. Common appliances include a microwave oven, toaster, toaster oven, blender, electric mixer, rice cooker, electric frying pan and sandwich maker. With Coles and the Bottle-O next door, ultimate convenience is the key.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and tallboy with ensuite and also leads out onto the main balcony. In the 2nd bedroom is a double bed and single bed as well as a single folding bed if needed. The bunk bed shown in the photos was dismantled at the request of guests.

As part of the complete package there is also a convenient dedicated study area with electrical and free wired/wireless internet connections. Ideal for those who need to do some work while in paradise, or simply to send family and friends those magnificent photos.

The extra large balcony has seating for 8 people. Within the resort there is a swimming pool (heated in winter), sauna and gym. There are also communial bbq's situated next to the pool area for a more social experience.

Convenience

Situated in the heart of Nelson Bay you are within strolling distance of all major restaurants and facilities. Located next door is Coles for those who self cater, while about 100m away are the main restaurants and cafes that service the area. The main marina is 300m away while 400m away is the beach. For the golf lovers, 500m away is the Nelson Bay Golf Club.

The resort itself boasts a heated swimming pool (in winter), sauna and gym. In addition there is a general area which includes bbq's and general seating. A perfect place to relax are a hard day at the beach.
