The two bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps Six (6) persons with a queen sized bedroom and a 2nd (larger) room with Queen bed and set of bunks.* All linen, pillows, doonas ,bath towels, tea towels are included in the price of your stay *
Renovated, clean, crisp bathroom with Bath/shwr and toilet, there is also a 2nd toilet off the rear Laundry Area.
Perfect for your family with fenced rear yard, outdoor deck and BBQ for relaxing on those balmy summer evenings or enjoy a lazy breakfast on the front deck.
Secure parking for your cars and/or boat with remote roller door.

Amazing accomodaton. Clean, Comfortable and in a great location. Could not fault the accomodation. We were so happy with the accomodation that we will most certainly be staying at Calm Sea Cottages every time we visit Busselton. We recently had a weeks stay at this amazing cottage it was a wonderful home it was clean ,tidy and very homely. we had our mother inlaw from coofs harbor with us .it was an amazing home we all enjoyed our stay it is agreat place to stay as is acceciable to everything local and great point of say to do day trips of the south .would highly reccomed this home. We will be returning again as enjoyed it so much thank you Liz and Ken for allowing your home to be a excellent holiday home its a cedit to you both.

What a hidden gem! Neat and tidy on the outside, wonderfully comfortable cottage on the inside. Everything you need within easy reach or walking distance (try the Italian Gelati place on Queen St!), with beautiful beaches and playground just a stone's throw away. Internet connection would add the extra half a star :) Will definitely stay again.

We were absolutely over the moon with this cottage and the photos do not even do it justice. The living area is really comfortable, warm and spacious, with plenty of sitting room.
It felt like home straight away, just a lot bigger!
The decor is super and the beds are really nice to sleep in. The house has everything you could ask for and is very close to both the beach and restaurants.
We'll definitely be returning!

THis cottacge is gorgeous. The 2 couples that stayed here had a great time. It is very central to everything and had everything that we needed. The people that own this cottage are lovely to deal with and are more than flexible with your needs. I am recommending this place to all my friends and family to stay and will be coming back to stay the next time we are heading down that way.

We stayed at Calm Seas for 2 nights. The house was immaculate and much more roomier than we had anticipated. As my travel companions were in their 60's, I was impressed with the little touches such as the non-slip bath mat in the shower and grab rails. Our evenings in the beautiful spacious lounge room were totally relaxing. I was really impressed with how clean this property was, stunning! I highly recommend Calm Seas to anyone needing accomodation in Busselton.

Nice clean cottage big enough for all 6 of us. Very child friendly. Perfect little touches for the kids like DVDs, games and puzzles. Has all the comforts of home. Great location. Near beach and the shops. It is like a home away from home. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you and happy new year!

From the excellent position, central to everything Busselton has to offer, to the delightful, well equipped cottage Calm Seas Cottage was the perfect weekend getaway. We walked to dinner, breakfast, the movies, the beach, shops. Highly recommended!

Our holiday in Busselton was a treat from beginning to end. The top location was handy for walking to the beach or the centre of town. Fantastic presentation and facilities included at Calm Seas would definitely see us staying again. A beautiful renovated bathroom with plenty of hot water was a dream. We loved the lockup garage as well. A totally brilliant stay, thank you, we loved it.
