What a great little cottage! We stayed for three nights over Christmas and felt completely at home. We loved the little touches like the Christmas tree and bottle of wine. The cottage had everything we needed including an enormous backyard which our little dog loved. We spent a lot of time out the back in 'The Shed' an indoor/outdoor area. While we were there the weather was not good so it was great to be able to be outside but be undercover. Thanks Kath!

What a great, cozy cottage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kath's cottage - the location was central both to the vineyards and Cessnock, it was on a quiet street, and the house was perfect for our small group with a generous lounge room, 2 bathrooms and clean functional kitchen - we will be back!

Normally stay in a B&B in the Hunter and booked this cottage as nothing else was available. From now on this will be our first choice. A great house, plenty of room and handy to everything.

This cottage is gorgeous! Stayed with family as we were in town for an event. I wish we could have stayed longer, as the back patio would have been great to spend an afternoon with a plate of nibbles and a few drinks with friends.

We all stayed here for the weekend as we went to Hope Estate for a concert, so handy the bus for the concert picked us up on the main road, walking distance.
Great to have 2 bathrooms even the sofa bed was comfy.
Had a great breakfast in the "Love Shack" out the back.
The red wine was wonderful would stay again.

Everything we needed was at Kaths Cottage. The complimentary bottle of Hunter valley Wine was a nice touch.I could see alot of thought was put into the requirements for a holiday stay. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms with lovely fluffy towels ,the sunroom full of character which we enjoyed to have breakfast in and in the evening to relax with a glass of wine in front of the pot belly stove.Plenty of room for the 4 of us.Very quick and friendly response from the owner. Looking forward to our return.

ABSOLUTELY CHARMING COTTAGE!! Had all the comforts even the toys for the little ones. Good value for money and really nice owners. We took our two dogs and they enjoyed the large yard. We enjoyed having cooking on the indoor BBQ, sitting by the fire playing cards and roasting marshmellows! Also so close to town centre and central to all the vineyards. Defenitely recommend!

Awesome - thank you. The moment the front door was opened, we were both went "wow"! Loved the interior renovations and decorating detail. BBQ area brilliant! Wine/tea/coffee/purified water/fresh linen/towels/soaps ...! Quiet location but close to town facilities. Communication with Kath was friendly, punctual and 'no problem'.
Definitely a winner!
