This self contained 2 King (or twin) bedroom 2 bathroom a/c villa is located within 9 acres of landscaped private beach frontage 7kms north of Coffs Harbour

You have a choice of staying within your own private courtyard and/or full use of all site facilities including 2 floodlit beach front tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, heated indoor spa, exercise cabana, childrens playground and covered BBQ areas plus Pandanus Deck which overlooks the private beach

This villa can accommodates 6 persons and if required cots can be arranged

Dining Options

The Villa is self contained with a kitchen and there are 5 BBQ cabanas located within the resort

On site there is a fully licensed (BYO - wine only) restaurant "S-cape Cafe and Bar" who supply breakfast baskets for early risers, picnic and BBQ packages to suit all occasions plus offer a modern dining menu for lunch and diner

Also on site is a small shop which provides papers, milk, bread, soft drinks and a limited range of essentials

Moonee Beach, Coffs Harbour Shopping Centres and the Jetty Strip are within a 10 minute drive where groceries and liquor supplies are available

The Coffs Harbour Area

Coffs Harbour is a 6 hour drive from Sydney and a 4 hour drive from Brisbane or a 1 hour flight from either city

It has a temperate sub-tropical climate with many beautiful beaches and pristine rivers in the region

Solitary Island marine reserve to the World Heritage listed rainforest areas around Bellingen and Dorrigo are a short drive away

Coffs area offers several quality golf courses including Bonville International, Coffs Harbour, Sawtell and Nambucca Heads and all are a short drive from "Palm Close Villa"

Other attractions and activities for all include whale watching, sailing, scuba diving, swimming, fishing, 4WD tours, white water rafting, horse riding, cinemas and of course the Big Banana featuring the new waterslide facility and the Pet Porpoise Pool are a must see
