Description

This apartment is perfect for couples, business and seasoned travellers who like a bit more room to spread about. It is also ideal for small families.

The upstairs mezzanine level contains the one bedroom with a King Bed or 2 King Singles, a single bed and bathroom.

Downstairs provides double leather sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony.

The apartment is located on the second floor and it is accessed by 2 flights of stairs.

Being situated between the CBD and Valley it is easy walking to some of the finest restaurants, café’s and entertainment precinct in Brisbane.

The keen shopper will also enjoy the diversity of the valley area.

Fortitude Valley train station which has access to the airport is 300 metres away and the bus is close by.

Woolworths supermarket is 600 meters by foot.

The RNA showgrounds and major hospitals are located just a few blocks away.

Free under cover car parking.

The apartment is serviced and managed by the owners.

It comes with all linen and towels which are replaced weekly when the apartment is serviced. It has a fully serviceable kitchen, dishwasher and microwave. A washer & dryer are also fitted.

It is in a complex of 42 apartments with a café and restaurant located next door that is open Monday to Friday lunch and dinner.

  • "We enjoyed our stay at #2 Mezannine Valley Apartment in Brisbane. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Owner came met at us at late evening and gave the keys at the apartment. He also kept some items for breakfast next morning so thereby we didn't have to go things late at night. Apartment is located close to restaurants and shops in Fortitude Valley and not far away from CBD and south Bank which we could walk easily. There is plenty of underground parking (which is free). Overall, we recommend the apartment for others. "

The kitchen provided everything needed and the lounge area was comfortable. Our contact with the owners, Scott & Wayne, was extremely friendly and helpful with the welcome basket very much appreciated! Ideally suited for The Valley area and the CBD can be reached in around 20 mins walking along the river. Other areas of the city were equally easy to reach. The apartment represented excellent value for money, especially compared to hotel prices, and we will definately stay again."
