Enjoy the un-interrrupted views of the Bluff and the sea from the deck of this 3BR, newly refurbished house. It has all the mod-cons including HD LCD TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning, DVD and stereo with an iPod dock. The furniture is designed with both comfort and beach house style in mind.
We have just laid (Dec 2012) eco-friendly bamboo flooring throughout the main living area. It looks amazing!
This house caters for humans and their pets (both dogs and cats). It has a fully fenced backyard as well as a fully enclosed back verandah which is a perfect play area for children, small dogs and cats! As we are 100% pet friendly, your animals are also allowed inside (there is a cat/small dog door).
The sheltered beach at Encounter Bay is just 10 minutes walk away (most of it through the reserve). This is a lovely, calm beach for small children. Dogs can be off their leads on this beach before 10am and after 8pm (daylight saving time). Can be on the beach on a lead between 10 and 8. The rest of the year, dogs can be off their leads at all times.
**** PLEASE NOTE: This house is NOT suitable for parties or large groups. The neighbours will report noise to the Police - so please DO NOT book this house if you are likely to annoy the neighbours. ****
