The Gallery

Description

The Gallery is a short boat ride from the Berowra Waters Marina, where the local shop provides quality wines and deli items along with some basic groceries and of course bait for the keen fisherman.

The Cafe next door is open seven days for coffee, big breakfasts, fish and chips and other tasty treats.

Upstairs from the cafe and the Marina shop is the Waterview Restaurant which is a great spot to pick up a take away seafood platter to enjoy on your balcony or you can dine in on Friday or Saturday nights.

Close by is the renowned Berowra Waters Inn, now under instruction by Dietmar Sawyere previously of Level 41 in the Sydney CBD and now Ad Lib Pymble and Ad Lib Double Bay. If dining at the restaurant, whether lunch or dinner the restaurant ferry will pick you up from your pontoon and drop you home after an exquisite culinary experience.

The House

The Gallery is a three storey property. The top floor comprises of a parents retreat with a walk in robe and ensuite with bath. TV with full Foxtel package. Air/heating.

The second storey has three queen bed guest rooms plus one single room with a pull out trundle bed. On the second storey there is also a bathroom with shower. TV with full Foxtel package. Electric keyboard and acoustic drum set. Air/heating.

The lower floor is all about entertaining, with large leather lounges, a 10-12 seater dining table, 58" 3D TV surround sound with full Foxtel package and 6 pairs of 3D glasses. Stainless steel kitchen with all the necessary appliances. This room opens up through sliding glass doors to a long verandah with a bar table and stools, BBQ and outdoor speakers.

A laundry off the entertaining area provides a washing machine, dryer and a guest toilet.

On the pontoon level of the house you will find fishing rods, crab pots and kyaks, all to help keep the kids entertained while you enjoy a glass of wine.
