Southern Views is a newly renovated house in central Lakes Entrance with lovely water views across the lake and ocean.
Its just 10 minutes walk down the road to the North Arm where you can find nice quiet fishing spots on the lake. The beach and shops are just minutes away by car.
The house is ideal for 1 or 2 families, or up to 3 couples. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs with the main living area (well equipped kitchen, bathroom, etc) and 1 downstairs with its own separate toilet and basin.
Both bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and downstairs is 1 queen bed, 1 king single and a fold away bed for a young child.
There is also a fold out divan in the sunroom upstairs if needed.
The living room has a large flatscreen TV and quality audio system with iPod dock, DVD/CD player, digital media player with in house movies, Austar pay tv and room to plug in the kids game console.
Heating and cooling in the house consists of a wood heater (wood supplied during colder months), reverse cycle air conditioning and an electric heater for downstairs. Laundry, with washing machine, ironing board and iron is downstairs.
There are north and south facing balconies accessed from upstairs, both having outdoor settings with the south balcony also having a gas BBQ. Great spot for those magic sunsets and summer nights!
The house is pet friendly with a fully enclosed yard but pets must remain outside the house at all times.
There is off street parking behind front gates for up to 3 cars and a boat.
Southern Views comes setup with the basics; toilet rolls, soaps, detergent, paper towel, laundry powder and firewood in the colder months. No linen is supplied but will be available in the future, on request.
