It has a fully equipped new kitchen, a new bathroom with seperate shower and bath, lovely covered outdoor entertainment area with gas BBQ. It is ideal for overnight, weekends or longer, with easy access to wineries, snow fields, Winton raceway, gliding, skiing, boating , fishing or just relaxing.

Swim or fish in Lake Benalla, visit the Arts Centre, the Botanical Gardens, have a coffee at many of the fine street cafe's, take your bicycles - there are miles of flat bike and walking tracks! Benalla also has a huge BMX and skate park, go gliding at Benalla Gliding club or go to the car racing at Winton.

Benalla is located just 2 hours from Melbourne on the Hume Highway. Alternately travel up through Yea, Bonnie doon to the Midland- Mansfield Hwy.
