The House
You can have it all - a spacious house with beautiful ocean and valley views set on 8 acres of magical bushland. Then there's the floodlit tennis court, the kangaroos that bound down the driveway and the impeccable location, just a few minutes drive to some of the best beach and wineries in the world. You will love this house.
The house is large and comfortable and furnished generously. It is always prepared to the highest standards so you can walk in and relax.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and one down. Upstairs; a king bed, a queen bed and a bunk bed with double mattress on the bottom and single on the top. Downstairs is another king bed. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with blackout curtains. There are 3 bathrooms, all newly renovated and two living/tv areas, one with floorboards the other with new, comfy carpet. Two families can easily share the house.
On the first floor a huge deck with outdoor lounger, barbeque and seating for 8 offers spectacular sunsets onto Smiths and Yallingup beaches. On the ground floor there is a patio with more outdoor seating that looks out onto the tennis court, lawn and surrounding area.
Inside, the extra long dining table is a newspaper reader's heaven and great for long, chatty dinners. The kitchen is new and has everything you need including Nespresso coffee machine.
Wireless internet allows you to get online wherever you want and tennis rackets are supplied for big and little players.
Parents of babies and little kids can travel light. We can provide one portacot, stairgate and three 'high' chairs for bigger kids. There is also a large gated area around the house and tennis court and part of the bush so parents can let the little ones loose.
The location is second to none. Driving-
5 minutes or less; will get you to some of the most spectacular coast, Yallingup and Smiths beaches, little known Wyadup and Injidup as well as Clancy's Fish Pub, Lamonts and The Studio Bistro.
10 minutes; will get you to Dunsborough for shopping and coffee, Simmos for the best icecream in WA, Yallingup Maze for a bit of fun, wineries such as Clairault, Wills Domain, Moss Brothers, Laurance Wines, Flying Fish, Swings and Roundabouts. The Eagle Bay Brewery, Bunkers Cafe, Driftwood Estate, Flutes and Cape Lodge all less than 20 minutes away. A beautiful 30 minute drive gets you to Margaret River, one hour to Nannup and Augusta.
Kids love this child friendly house just as much as adults do. To keep them busy we have;

- lots and lots of lawn.
- 8 acres of private bush to explore.

# We have a no party policy and we do not accept Leavers bookings.
# Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Linen hire is an additional cost. It is free for bookings of 4 nights or more.
