Downstairs - separate lounge room with television, DVD player and open fireplace - perfect on a cold winter's night, double bedroom with queen sized bed, built-in robe, and walk through ensuite style bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet, the kitchen/meals area overlooks and leads out to the rear patio and grassed yard, the kitchen features gas cooktop and oven, lots of cupboard space, huge pantry, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, etc, 6 seater dining table, and reverse cycle heater and aircon, separate laundry with trough and washing machine.
Upstairs - master bedroom with queen sized bed, walk-through robe, and ensuite with vanity, shower and toilet, bedroom three has two single beds and walk-in robe, bedroom four has two single beds and large built-in robe, central bathroom with vanity, separate shower and bath, and a separate toilet.
The backyard features a fully fenced yard and patio for the kids and pets to play safely away from the road, and has an outdoor dining setting, gas barbeque, and clothesline. The single lock-up garage is quite long with ample room for one car plus lots of storage space and shelves to store all of your holidaying equipment, and features roller doors at the front and back for easy access around the house.

Our time at this home was great,there were 7 of us there and had an enjoyable weekend. Plenty of space for us all,but we were wondering why there is only 1 single bed in the 4th bedroom. If I had been looking for accommodation for 4 couples then obviously this property would not have been suitable, even though the 4th bedroom has enough room for 2 beds. We would use the property again provided there were only 7 of us.

Location Location Location! A two minute walk and you're on the beach and a short walk to the Esplanade, so handy with young kids. A large and comfortable home with all you need. Thanks.

I would highly recommend this house to anyone. clean new and close to the beach,shops etc. Plenty of room for a family or just a couple. I will be coming back time and time again.

The house was great for our family which included young kids through to grandparents. Plenty of space for everyone.
The location is fantastic, close to beach and shops, but in a quiet street.

Thank you for the holiday at Cowes. The house is very welcoming, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The layout is great, allowing everyone to do their own thing.
