Beachfront living less than an hour's drive north of Brisbane and an hour south of the Sunshine Coast. With the Pacific Ocean on one side and pristine Pumicestone Passage on the other, Bribie Island offers a picture-perfect holiday location.

Location

Bribie Island is a jewel on Brisbane's doorstep. Wander down to the beach outside your front gate and take a refreshing swim in the calm waters of the Passage or watch the sunset over the Passage. Walk five minutes to shops, restaurants or to the seaside cafes

Bribie Island is over 70% forest or National Park. Beach access for 4 wheel drive is available or just walk, ride, fish, sail or swim. For the fisherman there is both surf and still water fishing.

House

The house is a two storey family holiday home that can sleep up to 11 people. The bedrooms are airconditioned, carpeted and on the top floor which overlooks the water with a balcony next to two bedrooms.

The main bedroom overlooks the water with a queen size bed. Bedroom two also overlooks the water with a queen and two singles, bedroom three has 5 beds with double bunks.

Downstairs is open plan with a modern kitchen, dining, comfortable lounges and wide screen television. You can walk from the front yard straight onto the water.

There is a BBQ in the front next to an outdoor setting from which you can watch the boats, dolphins, turtles and bird life.
