Whether arriving by plane or driving, NORTHVIEW is easy to find- just get on the Mortorway and turn off at Old Cleveland Road and continue on. No need to navigate the city.

As is common in QLD properties, air-conditioning is partial, in the Main Bedroom and 2nd Living area which, with fans services the downstairs living area. Bedrooms 2 & 3 and Mezzanine have fans. Most of the time, the location and design of the townhouse facilitates generous breezes throughout the property and full air-conditioning is not necessary.
