Escape to beautiful Mudjimba Beach on the north shore of Maroochydore, centre of the Sunshine Coast. Both your family and your pet will love the dog friendly beach a short distance away and the playground/park right next door.
Located within a 2 minute walk from shops, public transport, bowles club, skate park, tavern and restaurants - this 2 BEDROOM HOLIDAY HOUSE SLEEPING 6 PEOPLE (included in house rate) and LARGE STUDIO STYLE SHACK SLEEPING 3 PEOPLE (included in shack rate), is in an ideal location with all amenities nearby.
Join the friendly local surfers at the great beach break or, for the more adventurous, paddle out to Old Woman Island and experience what the points have to offer. A boat ramp on the north side of the Maroochy River is close by for all fishing / water sport enthusiasts. Closer still, stroll down to the canal to throw in a line with the kids. When your day is done, come back to comfortable accommodation perfect for relaxing after a hard day's play.
Airconditioning, off street, shaded parking and seperate enclosed backyards with 6ft fences; and a charcaol bbq at the house, are some of the features this property offers. The park right next door has undercover gas bbq facilities. Bedding is provided (ie blankets and pillows) Starting from a low $70 per night at the shack sleeping 3 people and $90 per night at the house sleeping 6 people, for extended stays, this is a great value for money holiday getaway for the family and pet. minimum 2 night stay.
(Easter weekend and Christmas/New Year, 20 Dec - 10 Jan, require a minimum 4 night stay.)
