This huge (240 square) apartment was only finished in 2009 and provides an opulent 3 bedrooms (master with walk in robe and ensuite with shower and bath) featuring a state of the art kitchen, miele appliances, and granite benchtops. It is positioned on the Brisbane River and has panoramic views of the River, Great Dividing Range to the west.and city to the north

Positioned only 6.5 km to the Brisbane CBD (central business district) and with easy access to bus and train transport, it provides a perfectly positioned base from which to tour the Brisbane highlights and still only 45 minutes to Surfers Paradise on the famous Gold Coast.

MAXIMUM 6 ADULTS Please - MINIMUM 4 NIGHTS except if short term calendar vacancy exists.

  • "It is a very spacious apartment, easily accommodate 5-6 person comfortably. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and kitchenware (very impressive). Nice view to the Brisbane river, walking distance to Queensland Tennis Centre, which is very convenient for tennis enthusiasts. Nice, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, fantastic experience for 5 of us when we stayed there for 5 nights. Highly recommended."

  • "We stayed in this fabulous apartment for 4 weeks during a visit to see my parents. What a wonderful time we had in this luxurious but homely apartment with every comfort. We enjoyed many barbecues and happy family meals and loved the peaceful location overlooking the Brisbane River. The tennis and swimming pool were a great added bonus for all the family. Easy access to the city by train which is within walking distance. We had great fun and we were all sorry to say goodbye!"

  • "Hi Annettte, Thankyou for the use of you're wonderful apartment, it was perfect for our family of five. The apartment itself had a great layout,was spacious with very good quality furniture and fixtures, just like home. The complex itself was very nice and quiet with a very safe feel to it. Use of the heated spa and gym, allowed us to keep up our fitness regime. Annette was a pleasure to deal with, but also left us to enjoy our time. We have already booked for next year.   • "I stayed at this beautiful, 3 bedroom apartment with my daughter, friend and her 2 daughters as they were playing tennis at the new nearby Brisbane Tennis Centre. There was plenty of room to accommodate the 5 of us, loved the bottle of wine upon arrrival, all very mod cons and the view was spectacular of the Brisbane river. It was a leisurely walk to purchase dinner most nights. The girls loved watching the DVDS and to relax of a night on the comfy, modern sofa. Would love to stay again and would highly recommend this to all. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the unit had lots of hiddent extras that you have at home. There was nothing wanting at all and the 4 nights we stayed were fantastic."

We were absolutely delighted with Beresford Apartment - very spacious and comfortable with all the latest appliances etc. We enjoyed the swimming pools and gym very much. Probably the highlight of the apartment is its outlook over the Brisbane river - we sat with our morning coffee and watched the rowers go past! I certainly intend to stay again and would highly recommend it."
